Rules

SRT runs off a zero tolerance basis, incompetence / immaturity will not be allowed

  • You will be held to a higher standard in SRT. If you take it as a joke you will be removed. You will always present yourself with the utmost professionalism at all times.

  • You may NOT patrol nor be on standby as SRT. (may be done if needed and approved by a head or lead)

  • You may not use equipment or drive vehicles you are not authorized to use.

  • You may only be in a 10-80 as SRT if requested by the units that are in set vehicle pursuit or if the scene you are at leads you into a 10-80.

  • The first tactical unit to arrive at a call will take scene command. E.g. If SRT and SWAT are responding, and SWAT arrives first they will take command. Remember, work as a team! You are there to do the same job.

  • LOCK YOUR VEHICLES! There should be at no time a civilian in the driver seat of an SRT vehicle.
